When Eesa (peace and blessings be upon him) descends there will be peace, security, ease and plenty. The people would live an enviable life with all blessings. In one of the narrations of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) he said:
"How good life will be after the Messiah comes, when the sky will be instructed to send rain, and the earth will be instructed to bring forth its produce, so that even if you were to sow seeds on smooth rocks, they will grow. A man will pass by a lion and it will not harm him. There will be no hatred, no envy and no spite. " (Silsilat al-Ahadeeth as-Saheehah).
Eesa (peace be upon him) will remain on this earth for forty years, as is proven in the saheeh hadith narrated in Sunan Abi Dawood from Abu Hurayrah (RA):
"He (Eesa (peace be upon him) will stay on the earth for forty years, then he will die and the Muslims will pray (the funeral prayer) for him. (Saheeh al- Jaami).
During that time he will establish the rule of Islam and pray facing the Qiblah of the Muslims. This fact has been mentioned in the hadith which talked about him praying behind the pious Imam of the Muslims when he comes down. Also, it is reported that Eesa (peace be upon him) will say the Tashaahud and perform the Hajj and Umrah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
By the one in Whose hand is my soul, the son of Maryam will certainly recite La ilaaha iIIaliah in the valley of Rawaha, performing Hajj or Umrah separately or together. (Saheeh al-Jaami as- Sagheer).
Rawhaa is a place between Madeenah and Wadi as-Safraa, on the way to Makkah. The Virtue of those who will accompany Eesa (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said concerning those who will accompany Eesa (peace be upon him);
"There are two groups among my ummah Allaah will save from the Fire: the group which conquers India and the group which will be with Eesa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him) (Saheeh al-Jaami)
