Fellow wrongly used
Wrong: She met the fellow at the cinema and invited her to his house.
Correct: She met the girl at the cinema and invited her to his house. Fellow can mean young man but not girl. But compounds like fellow-students, fellow-lecturers, can refer to both males and females. Friendship wrongly used after make Wrong: Suleiman, I would like to make friendship with you.
Correct: Suleiman, I would like to make friends with you. Make friends is an idiom used when one person is asking for the friendship of just one other person.
